By the time The Trojans released Save The World in 1990, the British media & press had gave up on another ska revival, & while most of their ska contemporaries had decided to call it a day, The Trojans continued to stride forward in booming tones.
While their first two albums concentrated more on their unique upbeat ska style, Save The World contained pounding ska - blues tracks like The Last Rhino and Crazy Mixed Up World. Elements of ska pop were also witnessed with the delicious Don't Slip & Fall, while the likes of Travelin' Light & Everybody Loves A Lover had global Trojans fans shouting ' woo yeah ! ' in bedrooms from Darlington to Hitachi !
By this time The Trojans were a big name in Great Britain, & performances further afield in mainland Europe soon followed after Save The World hit the shops, thus making it another landmark release for the band & Gaz's Rockin Records.
